In a small monastery on the volcanic Lake Atitlán, monks, nuns and practitioners pass their days meditating, farming and making products to bring to market.
All grown organic, made by hand and packaged with care, we support and respect the land, using only natural, organic, non-toxic methods.
We are also a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We wish to support the monastery and as many people in the surrounding community as we can -- who too often struggle to find work and support their families.
Our sincere aim is that others benefit from our endeavor.

Very few seem to put emphasis on the
type of mind and heart that goes into the growing and processing of a product,
but when drinking a cup of our coffee,
you will feel the love and care put into each bean.
We wake each morning before sunrise to practice 4 hours of meditation, BEFORE working with your coffee.
Our day continues with meticulous care for the best beans you will ever taste.
